Competitions
You can find almost all competitions held in Finland through the Competition Calendar (Kilpailukalenteri.fi). There, you will also find competition-specific instructions and registration guidelines. For all official competitions a license is required. You can buy a license from Suomisport.
Registration for your club’s own athletes for domestic competitions is primarily done via the Kilpailukalenteri.fi service. Different instructions may apply for Regional Championships and District Championships. NOTE! Registration for Finnish Championships (SM) always has separate instructions provided by the club.
Results from competitions organized by the club are compiled on the Results and Statistics page (in Finnish Tulokset ja tilastot sivulle.)
You can also ask for more information from the club’s competition manager, Harri Lammi, harri@misport.fi, your own coach, or the Tapiot office: toimisto@espoontapiot.fi.
Events and competitions are also more broadly available on the federation websites: Finnish Athletics Federation (SUL), Finnish Adult Athletics Federation (SAUL), and the Paralympic Committee.
